As we mark our golden anniversary, Precision Cabinets stands proud as a testament to five decades of quality, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence in the cabinetry industry. From humble beginnings to becoming Western Australia’s largest provider of cabinetry for the building sector, our journey is one of vision, adaptability, and dedication.
Roots Founded in Craftsmanship
In 1974, Harry Kleyn planted the seeds of what would become Precision Cabinets. Initially conceived as an appendage to support his building company, Precision Cabinets quickly found its niche in kitchen cabinetry production. This strategic focus laid the groundwork for half a century of growth and innovation.
Our ownership may have changed hands, but our commitment to quality has remained steadfast. In 1980, a member of the Schoof family acquired the business, ushering in a new era. Six years later, in 1986, John Schoof took the helm, bringing with him a clear vision: to elevate Precision Cabinets through the production of high-quality, competitive cabinetry products.
