The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic individual ready to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality cabinetry? Precision Cabinet Makers, a leading cabinet and stone manufacturer in Western Australia is looking for someone like you to join our dedicated team! We serve new home builders and the renovation market, making your contributions essential to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our small, friendly team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel and addressing general inquiries
- Greet and assist guests and clients professionally and assist in the showroom when required.
- Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, invoicing and document management.
- Support various administrative functions as needed across all departments.Reception duties including greeting clients in showroom, answering of phones and responding to incoming email correspondence.
- Builder liaison including booking of site measures and install dates.
- Creating new jobs in Luis for quoting including colour selections and appliance specifications.
- Management of sink, basins and rangehood callups, deliveries and redistribution.
- Printing of job packs for installations.
- Builder invoicing.
- Ordering of stationery and consumables.
- Maintain vending machine including stock.
