I just think the whole show they put on is fantastic and I’ll keep recommending them.
Deb & Graham
Deb and Graham had enjoyed running a business together, within the personal service industry for many years. Following a successful exit, one of the things they wanted to do was renovate a property in Cottesloe, which they had owned for years and always thought would look wonderful with an updated and contemporary interior.
Having previously engaged with Matt from Precision Cabinets for commercial fit outs and custom cabinetry, they contacted him again, to get help with transforming their small unit into a modern retreat next to the beach. With a support team of designers, drafters, craftspeople and installers on hand, Deb and Graham were able to transform their kitchen, dining room and bathroom. They also added a brand new, custom walk-in wardrobe, changing the look of their home, forever.
A Search for Style
With the unit having been used as a rental, previously, the interior was functional but extremely dated. From colour to overall flow, there were several changes which both Deb and Graham wanted to make.
The challenge was working out the best way to make those changes, given the unit provided limited room for sweeping renovation choices but also wanting the final look to leave an impression.
Stone in style
Knowing that Matt and the team would take their project very serious, while still leaving a little bit of room to play, Deb and Graham enjoyed getting creative with the space, complimenting their new Essastone Carrara polished, square edge stone bench top kitchen with a custom cabinet and wall feature in the dining room.
The colour choice of the stone cabinet and wall feature matched the stairway and lounge area, ensuring a natural flow of tones throughout the entire floor.
What Our Clients Say
We only wanted Precision because we know that they do good work and they really look after you.
Deb & Graham
The Solution
With a goal of giving this Cottesloe unit a new lease on life, Precision Cabinet Makers created a design that matches the unique look and feel which Deb and Graham were after. The Kitchen was transformed with a new carcass that housed the soft close drawers and cupboards, as well as the new engineered stone bench tops. A custom cabinet now compliments the kitchen on the ground floor.
Upstairs, Deb and Graham have a bespoke walk-in robe which gives them ample room for clothing and dressing, as well as storage. Coupled with the renovation of the bathroom and every vital area of the home has evolved into a new and improved version of itself.
